Privacy notice: testers list
This notice explains how SwiftValidate handles the details you give us when you join our testers list.
What we collect
Your name, work email, organisation, the role you choose, and anything you write in the optional message box. Please don't include any participant, health or other sensitive information.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about early testing of SwiftValidate.
- To understand who is interested, so we can shape the product around real needs.
We won't sell your details, and we won't add you to unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
Only the SwiftValidate team. Sign-ups are received and stored in our own systems, and we don't share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until the testing programme ends, or sooner if you ask us to remove it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or to be removed from the list, at any time. Just reply to any email from us, or write to hello@swiftvalidate.com.au.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, contact us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
